Terms of Use

These terms apply to Kachu Phul at kachuphul.com and in the Android app (“the game”). By signing in, playing as a guest, or otherwise using the game, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Who can play

Accounts, room chat and other online features are for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

Just for fun — no real money

Kachu Phul is a free card game for entertainment. Scores and wins have no monetary value. There is no betting, real-money play or prizes, and you must not use the game to arrange gambling or wagers of any kind.

Your account

• You sign in with Google and choose a game name. Keep your device and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don’t sell, share or transfer accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy policy.

Rules of conduct

Game names, profile photos and chat messages are visible to other players. When you use them, and whenever you play, you must not:

• harass, bully, threaten or abuse other players;
• post hate speech, or content that attacks people for their religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
• post sexual, violent, graphic or otherwise inappropriate content, including in your name or photo;
• share anyone’s personal information, including your own phone number or address;
• spam, advertise, or post links to scams or malware;
• impersonate another player, a public figure or the Kachu Phul team;
• cheat — including collusion, using more than one account in the same game, exploiting bugs, or using bots or modified clients;
• interfere with the game or its servers, or try to access other players’ accounts or data.

Your content

You keep ownership of the names, photos and messages you post. You give us permission to store, display and transmit them to other players as needed to run the game. Only post content you have the right to share. Photos must be of something you are allowed to use — don’t upload other people’s pictures without their permission.

Reporting and blocking

If another player breaks these rules, report them: tap their name in room chat, the ⋯ button next to them in the waiting room, or the ⋯ button in your squad list, then choose Report. Reports include the last few room chat messages so we can review what happened. You can also Block a player to hide their chat and stop their friend requests and game invites. You can also email support@kachuphul.com.

Enforcement

We review reports and may, at our discretion and without notice, remove or change content (for example resetting a name or photo), remove players from rooms, or suspend or permanently ban accounts or devices that break these terms. Serious threats or illegal content may be reported to the authorities.

Ads

The Android app is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties; we don’t endorse the products advertised.

The service

We work to keep the game running smoothly, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. Games may be interrupted by disconnections, updates or maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features, or stop offering the game. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress, arising from your use of the game.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell players in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
